6-day Discover Galapagos Tour Itinerary

Day 1 – AM Welcome to Baltra airport at Galapagos Islands – Craters Twins – PM Private Natural Reserve (Giant Tortoises) – Puerto Ayora town. (L)
Start off your 6 days in Galapagos Discover with a visit to the popular Crater Twins. These geological formations are sure to impress. After that, get ready to say hello to some Giant Tortoises at El Chato Natural Reserve. Finally, you’ll make your way to Puerto Ayora Town in the afternoon.
Overnight: Puerto Ayora

Remarks: Once we’ve picked up all our passengers from the airport, we’ll be kicking off our excursion right away. Don’t worry about your luggage; it will be securely stored on the bus for the duration of the excursion.
Day 2 – AM Navigable Bay Tour (snorkeling) – PM Tortuga Bay beach (Hiking). (B-L)
Your second day will start with an incredible Bay Tour excursion. Here you can snorkel and discover the diverse marine life of the region. In the afternoon, you’ll head to the beautiful Tortuga Bay Beach. Spend some time relaxing and soaking up the sun, and keep an eye out for marine iguanas, finches.
Overnight: Puerto Ayora
Meals: Breakfast -Lunch
Remarks: The hike to Tortuga Bay is 45 minutes each way.
Day 3 – AM 07:00 Navigate to Isabela Island: Pink Flamingos habitat – Arnaldo Tupiza breeding center – PM Tintoreras (swimming with sharks). (B-L)
On day three of the itinerary, you’ll embark on an exciting excursion to Isabela Island. You’ll get up close and personal with pink flamingos in their natural habitat. Then, you’ll explore Arnaldo Tupiza Breeding Center. This tortoise-rearing center is home to about five species of giant tortoises, which have been bred in captivity.
Calling all thrill-seekers, a trip to Tintoreras provides you with the opportunity to swim with sharks. Overnight in Isabela Island

Day 4 – AM Hiking to Sierra Negra volcano – PM Back to Santa Cruz Island. (B-L)
This day, we are thrilled to begin our excursion with an invigorating hike towards the towering Sierra Negra Volcano. We’ll journey through remarkable landscapes, anticipating the moment we stand before its remarkably large and impressive crater, a testament to nature’s power.
After a jam-packed day of excitement, you’ll make your way back to Santa Cruz Island, where you can relax and recharge.

Day 5 – AM/PM Full day tour Bartolome Island or similar one (snorkeling). (B-L)
Our incredible Galapagos adventure today takes us on a captivating excursion to the breathtaking Bartolomé Island. Prepare for an unforgettable hike up a wooden boardwalk to the summit, where we’ll be rewarded with the most panoramic views of the archipelago, dominated by the famous Pinnacle Rock. Afterwards, we’ll dive into the crystal-clear waters for an unparalleled snorkeling experience, hoping to swim alongside playful Galapagos penguins, graceful sea turtles, and curious sea lions, all amidst vibrant marine life.
Overnight: Puerto Ayora

Day 6 – AM/PM Transfer out to Baltra airport. (B)
On the final day of the tour, you’ll make your way back home via Baltra Airport.

Recommendations
For excursions, please take solar protection, cap or hat, bathing suit, long-sleeved shirt, water bottle, camera, appropriate shoes for wet landings and hikes on lava terrain (sneakers or similar) with thick soles. Expedition staff will give further details and recommendations, as well as more natural history background, the night before.
Lunch is served on board the yacht during excursions (Bartolome, Seymour or similar ones). Please let us know of any dietary restrictions.
