In this Galapagos 5-day island hopping adventure, your perspective on the world evolves when you walk in Darwin’s footsteps. You’ll be able to explore the Galapagos Islands, a unique ecosystem that has captured the hearts of nature enthusiasts for centuries.
As soon as you land at the airport, you’ll be welcomed by a friendly face and transferred to your hotel. You’ll be staying in a comfortable room with either double or triple occupancy, making it perfect for couples, families, or small groups of friends.
The 5-day Galapagos itinerary includes an unforgettable Tortuga Beach and Bay Tour. With glistening waters and soft sand, Tortuga Beach is one of the most beautiful in the archipelago. You’ll also head on an excursion to Isabela Island and enjoy a boat ride to Santa Fe Island.
You’ll have a naturalist guide certified by the Galapagos National Park by your side throughout the tour. The knowledgeable guide will provide you with a wealth of information about the islands’ history, geology, and wildlife. While exploring, keep an eye out for animals like sea turtles, manta rays, marine iguanas, Galapagos penguins, and more.
In addition to the exciting adventures, you’ll enjoy delicious meals consisting of breakfast and lunch. While dinner and extra drinks are not included, it allows you to explore at your own pace.

5-day Wonders of Galapagos Tour Itinerary

Day 1 - AM Welcome to Baltra Airport at Galapagos Islands – Craters Twins Galapagos – PM Private Natural Reserve (Giant Tortoises) – Puerto Ayora town. (L)
Start off your 5 days in Galapagos with a visit to the popular Crater Twins. These geological formations are sure to impress. After that, get ready to say hello to some Giant Tortoises at El Chato Natural Reserve. Finally, you’ll make your way to Puerto Ayora Town in the afternoon.
Overnight: Puerto Ayora
Meals: Lunch
Remarks: Once we’ve picked up all our passengers from the airport, we’ll be kicking off our excursion right away. Don’t worry about your luggage; it will be securely stored on the bus for the duration of the excursion.
Day 2 - AM Bay Tour (snorkeling) – PM Visit Tortuga Bay beach (Hiking). (B-L)
Day two of your 5-day Galapagos tour is all about discovering the dazzling marine life surrounding the islands. In the morning, you’ll take a Bay Tour and go snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters. You’ll encounter colorful fish species, sea turtles, and other fascinating creatures below.
You’ll also visit the stunning Tortuga Bay Beach. Here you can relax on the soft sand as you admire the tranquil, turquoise waters. With all these activities planned, you’ll be happy to know that delicious breakfast and lunch meals are included.
Overnight: Puerto Ayora

Remarks: The hike to Tortuga Bay is 45 minutes each way.
Day 3 - AM 07:00 Excursion to Isabela Island: Pink Flamingos habitat – Arnaldo Tupiza breeding center – Tintoreras (Snorkeling) – PM Back to Santa Cruz Island. (B-L)
Full day on day three, you’ll tour one of the most unique and stunning islands in the archipelago, Isabela Island. You’ll visit the pink flamingos’ habitat and Arnaldo Breeding Center. Here you can learn more about the conservation efforts in the area. Next, grab your swimming costume and get ready to swim with sea lions and maybe sharks in Tintoreras.
Day three of the tour includes breakfast and lunch, so you’ll be fueled for all the exciting experiences. After a jam-packed day of adventure, you’ll head back to Santa Cruz Island for a well-deserved rest.

Remarks:
- The public speed boat to Isabela takes 2 hours.
- For those who experience motion sickness, please remember to bring any necessary medication you might need, especially for our speed boat transfer to Isabela & Santa Cruz.
Day 4 - Full day tour Santa Fe Island or similar (snorkeling). (B-L)
Day four is all about exploring Santa Fe Island or a similar destination. You’ll spend the day snorkeling in the glistening waters and encounter diverse wildlife species. Prepare for a day filled with wonder, and keep your eyes peeled for land iguanas, sea lions, and Galapagos hawks on the land too.
Overnight: Puerto Ayora

Remarks:
- The capacity of the yacht is for 12-16 pax.
- For those who experience motion sickness, please remember to bring any necessary medication you might need.
- After our yacht excursion, the staff will drop you off at the pier. From there, you’ll be responsible for your own transport back to the hotel, either by walking or taking a taxi.
Day 5 - AM/PM Transfer out to Baltra airport. (B)
On the final day of your Galapagos 5-day itinerary, you’ll be transferred to Baltra Airport and make your way home.

Remarks: We’ll coordinate your last transfer back to the airport to align with your departure flight.

Recommendations
For excursions, please take solar protection, cap or hat, bathing suit, long-sleeved shirt, water bottle, camera, appropriate shoes for wet landings and hikes on lava terrain (sneakers or similar) with thick soles. Expedition staff will give further details and recommendations, as well as more natural history background, the night before.
Lunch is served on board the yacht during excursions (Bartolome, Seymour or similar ones). Please let us know of any dietary restrictions.
