There is so much to enjoy on a 5-day Magical Galapagos tour. From the moment you arrive, we’ll take care of all your needs with transfers from the airport to the hotel and back again. During your trip, you’ll be staying in Santa Cruz, where you’ll have the option of a double or triple room for a comfortable stay.
The 5-day Galapagos tour includes an excursion to Tortuga Beach and Bay Tour. Here you can admire the stunning natural beauty of the area. So don’t forget your camera behind; you’ll want to snap a few shots with gorgeous backdrops.
Your adventure doesn’t stop there, as you’ll make your way to explore Isabela Island. Discover the unique wildlife and beautiful landscapes of this incredible destination. If you’re an animal lover, be on the lookout for species like marine turtles and sea lions. Isabela Island is also home to white-tipped reef sharks, Galapagos penguins, and marine iguanas.
Next, you’ll head on a Seymour North (or similar) boat excursion, so you can appreciate the wildlife and surroundings from the crystal-clear waters. During the trip, you’ll be accompanied by a naturalist guide, who is certified by the Galapagos National Park, ensuring you get the most out of your journey.
When it comes to meals, your breakfast and lunch needs are covered. And although dinner is not included, it provides an opportunity to explore and try out local cuisine and nightlife at your own pace.
5-day Magical Galapagos Tour Itinerary

Day 1 – AM Welcome to The Galapagos Islands – Craters Twins – PM Private Natural Reserve (Giant Tortoises) – Puerto Ayora Town. (L)
Rise and shine! Your Galapagos 5-day island hopping tour starts off with a bang on the first day. After a warm welcome to the Galapagos Islands, you’ll visit a geological marvel, the Craters Twins. If you’re hoping for a Galapagos turtle excursion, you’ll love what’s planned for the first afternoon.
You’ll head to the El Chato Natural Reserve, renowned as a roaming ground for the Galapagos Giant tortoises. You’ll see the giant creatures in their natural habitat before rounding off the day with a visit to the charming Puerto Avora town and indulging in a delicious lunch meal.
Overnight: Puerto Ayora

Remarks: Once we’ve picked up all our passengers from the airport, we’ll be kicking off our excursion right away. Don’t worry about your luggage; it will be securely stored on the bus for the duration of the excursion.
Day 2 – AM Excursion Bay Tour (Snorkeling) – PM Tortuga Bay beach (Walking). (B-L)
Your second day will start with an incredible Bay Tour excursion. Here you can snorkel and discover the diverse marine life of the region. In the afternoon, you’ll head to the beautiful Tortuga Bay Beach. Spend some time relaxing and soaking up the sun, and keep an eye out for marine iguanas, finches.
Overnight: Puerto Ayora

Remarks: The hike to Tortuga Bay is 45 minutes each way.
Day 3 – AM 07:00 Excursion to Isabela Island: Pink Flamingos habitat – Arnaldo Tupiza Breeding Center – Tintoreras (Snorkeling ) – PM back to Santa Cruz Island. (B-L)
On day three of the itinerary, you’ll embark on an exciting excursion to Isabela Island. You’ll get up close and personal with pink flamingos in their natural habitat. Then, you’ll explore Arnaldo Tupiza Breeding Center. This tortoise-rearing center is home to about five species of giant tortoises, which have been bred in captivity.
Calling all thrill-seekers, a trip to Tintoreras provides you with the opportunity to swim with sea lions and maybe sharks. After a jam-packed day of excitement, you’ll make your way back to Santa Cruz Island, where you can relax and recharge.

- The public speed boat to Isabela takes 2 hours.
- For those who experience motion sickness, please remember to bring any necessary medication you might need, especially for our speed boat transfer to Isabela & Santa Cruz.
Day 4 – AM/PM Full Day Pinzon Island Tour Or Similar One (Snorkeling). (B-L)
Our itinerary for today includes a fascinating visit to Pinzon Island, or an equally significant alternative, where the focus will be on its extraordinary biodiversity. This island serves as a living laboratory, showcasing a remarkable array of endemic flora and fauna. We’ll explore its unique landscapes, observing the intricate relationships between its plant and animal inhabitants and gaining a deeper understanding of the delicate balance of this precious ecosystem. Prepare for a truly insightful natural experience.
Overnight: Puerto Ayora

Day 5 – AM/PM Transfer Out To Baltra Airport. (B)
On the final day of the tour, you’ll make your way back home via Baltra Airport.

Remarks: We’ll coordinate your last transfer back to the airport to align with your departure flight.

Recommendations
For excursions, please take solar protection, cap or hat, bathing suit, long-sleeved shirt, water bottle, camera, appropriate shoes for wet landings and hikes on lava terrain (sneakers or similar) with thick soles. Expedition staff will give further details and recommendations, as well as more natural history background, the night before.
Lunch is served on board the yacht during excursions (Pinzon, Santa Fe or similar ones). Please let us know of any dietary restrictions.
